Key Responsibilities
Subcontractor Coordination: Schedule daily subcontractor tasks to prevent site congestion.
Scope Verification: Audit subcontractor work against the contract drawings and specifications.
Progress Tracking: Review subcontractor progress claims and verify completed work before payment approval.
Quality & Compliance: Inspect subcontractor materials and workmanship to enforce strict quality control.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure all subcontractor crews strictly follow site health and safety rules.
Dispute Resolution: Resolve on-site conflicts between different trade crews quickly.
