Job Description

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned projects and business requirements.
Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with company policies, project objectives and international standards.
Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, contracting and purchase order processes.
Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, tender documentation and commercial evaluations.
Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers and contractors to achieve competitive pricing and favorable contractual terms.
Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality, cost, delivery and compliance requirements are met.
Work closely with Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Legal and Operations teams to ensure timely procurement support.
Monitor procurement schedules, costs, commitments and potential supply chain risks.
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, ethical standards and applicable local and international regulations.
Support contract development, administration and performance management.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement and value creation.
Prepare procurement reports, analyses and management presentations.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.

Requirements :

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
6–8 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within the oil & gas industry.
Strong experience working with BP and/or other international oil & gas companies is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of procurement, sourcing, tendering and contracting processes.
Proven experience in supplier negotiations and commercial evaluation.
Experience working on major oil & gas projects and with international suppliers/contractors.
Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures and best practices.
Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a project environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Russian language is an advantage.
Good command of MS Office; experience with ERP/procurement systems is an advantage.
