Job Description
About the position: Program Development Manager is a significant and influential role within the organization and being the main interface to key B2B partners, responsible for delivering the commitment made to the customers and strong business development in Azerbaijan.
Responsibilities :
Key functions:
B2B sales management in Azerbaijan.
Implementation of the sales plan and provision of income in the B2B direction according to the adopted budget of the company.
Market analysis, customer segmentation, task setting, execution control.
Development and promotion of new solutions for vertical markets based on Company's products.
Transaction management at all stages, CRM, BEU and sales funnel management (Sales Pipeline and Sales Lead/Project management).
Participation in negotiations with key clients of the region.
Planning activities aimed at increasing sales.
Calculation, preparation, issuance of proposals to partners.
Management and control of customer service standards.
Monitoring the KPIs of regional leaders of B2B teams.
Control of financial indicators, analysis of deviations, carrying out timely corrective actions.
Evaluation of the attractiveness of new projects, analysis of trends and market trends.
Preparation of necessary reports and presentations for the Company's Management.
Requirements :
Qualifications and skills:
Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (BDM, KAM, Product Manager)
Strong understanding of the local market (B2B, corporate clients, system integrators, retail)
Proven experience in corporate and public tenders, working with system integrators, partners, and end customers throughout the full tender cycle
Strong client management and long-term relationship-building skills
Proficiency in English and Russian (min. intermediate level).
