CRM Analyst

Key responsibilities are:

·          Development of analytical and statistical models to deliver customer insights

·          Customer base segmentation

·          Maximize customer value

·          Develop business cases for new offers

·          Optimization of existing CRM activities

·          Monitoring of KPIs and assessment of CRM programs

·          Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly basis


Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

·          Education & certifications Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Applied Math, Cybernetics, Quantitative social sciences or related field;

·          Experience in business analytics

·          Proficiency with metrics and analytics

·          Intellectual curiosity for working with very large sets of data

·          Knowledge of statistical concepts

·          Knowledge of the applications for Data Mining and Analysis (ex. SAS, SPSS, STATA;

·          Programs and software  Standard MS

·          Language skills – Azeri/English/Russian - Fluent
