Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
• Performs preparation and maintains hiring, termination, vacation, absences, sick leaves, disciplinary actions, evaluation, compensation (payroll, incentive) related documents;
• Facilitates recruitment process: candidate selection, interview, job offer, background check and onboarding task utilizing internal system;
• Facilitates New Employee Orientation program for new hires;
• Collects all the needed documents and applies for Work and residency permit for Company

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR Generalist (3 or more years);
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
• In-depth knowledge of labor law;
• Education in HR or related field;
• Knowledge of Electronic Labor System;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Knowledge and implementation of ISO Standard
