Responsibilities:

Managing and coaching of sales & distribution team
Planning Sales: By Month, by SKU, by sales representative, by supervisors, by trade markets
Montly and weekly sales status and reporting
Managing of stock
Planning and Controlling of Debtor Ratio by sales representative, by Key Account markets
Managing of merchandising
Managing of effective and optimal delivery (Route)
Preparing of Montly Budget
Sales Salary system and monthly preparing of salary's (motivations programs of sales team)
Preparing of Planograms
Market and competition analyses

Requirements:

At least 8 - 10 years' experience in sales as Manager in FMCG industry. Experience in dairy products will be preferred.
Advanced level of written and verbal English and Russian language is an absolute must
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, knowledge of sales strategies, and presentation skills
Excellent managerial skills.

 

Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00 weekdays, 9:00 – 15:00 Saturday.
