Job Description

Responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities: 
Administers all required purchase orders, including  order placement, delivery control and  “good receipts” follow up
Administers employee timesheets and month end-documents
 Prepares required client reports as requested by management
Ticket ordering and travel arrangements 
Other admin tasks as required

Requirements :

Minimum  3 years of experience in  administrative  or administrative supervisory job in the international environment
A good understanding of business ethics and work flow in international companies
University diploma (international education is preferred) 
Upper Intermediate or higher level of English
Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs. Specially Excel
Shall demonstrate ability of working under time pressure
