Job Description

Responsibilities :

Guarantee day to day technical support and administration of the technology infrastructure to support the Company ICT requirements;
Assure provisioning, installation, oversight, administration and daily maintenance of the ICT infrastructure (e.g. servers, mass storage, backup devices, printers, routers and other TLC devices), paying attention to respect the service level agreements;
Provide analysis and resolution planning in case of incidents, this may involve managing complex technical hardware or software problems;
Manage mass storage (disk space management, housekeeping, HW monitoring) and assure backup is performed according with data integrity and recoverability requirements
Manage physical and logical security as defined by Company standards;
Resolve user configuration and authentication issues. Provide users with appropriate support and advice;
Guarantee database management and administration;
Ensure compliance with software licensing laws;
Assist in any project implementation plan and roll-out;
Identify and solve daily and recurring problems, diagnose problems with higher complexity and require the intervention of specialist units to solve them;
Identify needs for IT system for: updates, changes, upgrades;
Be the reference point for users of the information system coordinating the intervention of specialists;
Provide the ICT security for yards, vessels and branch offices, as required by corporate standards;
Assistance to ICT Coordinator in any technical and planning activity;
Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements :

Education:                                Higher technical 
Work Experience:                    Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role 
Knowledge of Languages:     Azerbaijani (fluent), English (flient)

Help Desk function
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Flexibility to work in office, remote base facilities and offshore
