Job Description

Responsibilities :

The main duty of the role will be to show administrative support  to management team such includes: 

- Manage  bookings ( tickets,  hotel reservations)
- Organize and coordinate  executive social events such as business dinners,  recognition events and etc. 
- To help  managers with expense reimbursement 
- To be Managing Director’s contact person for outside parties 
- To assist with  official mail correspondence. 

Requirements :

Candidates shall have  app.  4-7 years of overall experience. 
Ideally would be candidates who have  previously worked in Sales team of hotels, PR companies  or for embassies.
