Sales Manager FMCG

Job Description

Responsibilities :

•To develop and build the company’s sales & distribution team
•Prepare and execute an initial sales plan outlining the structure, strategy and forecast which supports the company budget and business plan.
•Identify and maximize selling opportunities through “lead generation” and other means.
•Management of departmental costs.
•Manage the sales & distribution team in order to meet budget expectation.
•Develop, manage, service and maintain customers/accounts.
•Maintain complete up to date data on competition, local imports & exports. Monthly competitive analysis reports to be submitted, outlining market share gains/losses and other variances against the sales and strategic plan.

•Excellent written & verbal communication skills, Intimate knowledge of sales strategies, and presentation skills

Requirements :

•At least 5 - 7 years’ experience in sales & marketing and 5 years as Manager at national level in FMCG industry. Experience in dairy products will be preferred.
•Bachelor degree or similar
•Excellent managerial skills. 
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
•Should have the ability to interact and generate sales by approaching all prospective customers.
•Good knowledge of project sales, tenders and contractual procedures.
•Proven successful achievements in sales and marketing. 
•Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with internal and external clients.
