Job Description

Responsibilities :

Issuing purchasing orders, participate in the procurement process and organize the provision of goods and services on time
Keep procurement procedures with the Law’s requirements "On State Procurement" of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Organization delivery of ordered goods/services on time, determine meets the requirements or not and registration it
Make researchig of domestic and foreign market and find new suppliers
Prepare and submit regularly reports required by Manager
Have knowledge of the Integrated Management System and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 standards
Negotiate with suppliers and confirm terms and conditions of delivery with the Manager
Arrange orders with suppliers and carriers and track order process
Provide documentation of the supply operations
Control sales for each product and, in case of a decrease in sales, take measures to reduce inventory together with marketing department
Determinate unpromising types of goods that should be not included to the list or excluded from it
Determinate the minimum stock balance of goods and ensure that company has the necessary amount of goods in the warehouse.
Ensure regularly availability of high-demand goods, monitor the availability and sale of high-demand goods to avoid shortages
Provide for all department of the company with the necessary information about the goods
Give advice to the sellers , if necessary, to the buyers on their product group
Carry out individual orders from the Manager

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or similar is an advantage
1 + year experience in this position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office
Ability to communicate fluently in Russian and English languages (written and oral)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
