Responsibilities:

ü  Provide leadership and vision to the store team.

ü  Contribute to the development of the business, establish short, medium and long term goals to ensure business growth.

ü  Ensure the effective implementation of service standards in alignment with brand guidelines to offer an outstanding service experience.

ü  Deliver excellence in operational standards in line with the business processes

ü  Meet required KPI’S and targets.

ü  Ensure compliance to food safety standards, local laws, and health and safety requirements.

ü  Ensure performance management process is in place with an active successional plan.

ü  Comply with the Company policies and procedures.

ü  Keep updated on business trends and competitor activity.  

ü  Contribute to the delivery of continuous improvement.

ü  Contribute to the commercial development of the business.

Requirements:

Knowledge

ü  5 years’ experience in high volume retail, hospitality or customer service environment.

ü  Bachelor degree or equivalent.

ü  Fluency in Azeri and Russian. Preferably English language.

ü  A highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach.

ü  Result and Management oriented.

ü  Possess an extremely friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with ability to openly communicate and work with all types of individuals and personalities.

Skill

ü  Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

ü  Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

ü  Excellent presentation skills

ü  Ability to share skills and knowledge with others.

ü  Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

ü  Well organized with excellent time

ü  Good I.T. understanding
