Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

·         Full dedication is product creation 

·         Determining company’s strategy and fulfilling it accordingly

·         Controlling and achieving all financial, sales and profit targets

·         Recruiting, managing and motivating company’s employees

·         Development and execution of sales and marketing strategies

·         Increasing company’s client base

·         Enhancing loyalty and retention of existing clients

·         Promote and market company products

·         Negotiate agreements and competitive rates with suppliers

·         Analyze market and re-focus business plan in response to market changes

·         Provide leadership and vision to the organization

·        Maintain company policy and procedure

Enhance company’s positive image and maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

·         Bachelors Degree or higher level of education for relevant field (Tourism, Business or Finance direction)

·         Minimum 3-5 years of experience on managerial position

·         Fluency of English and Russian Languages

·         Knowledge of tourism industry and tourism product of Azerbaijan

·         Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·         Excellent Managerial and Organizational skills

·         Ability to build and manage teams

·         Profound Sales and Marketing skills

·         Multitasking and time management skills

·         Effective communication skills

·         Resilience to cope with pressure at peak times
