Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities are:

· Development of analytical and statistical models to deliver customer insights

· Customer base segmentation

· Maximize customer value

· Develop business cases for new offers

· Optimization of existing CRM activities

· Monitoring of KPIs and assessment of CRM programs

· Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly basis

Requirements:

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:
• Education & certifications Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Applied Math, Cybernetics, Quantitative social sciences or related field;
• Experience in business analytics
• Proficiency with metrics and analytics
• Intellectual curiosity for working with very large sets of data
• Knowledge of statistical concepts
• Knowledge of the applications for Data Mining and Analysis (ex. SAS, SPSS, STATA;
• Programs and software Standard MS
• Language skills – Azeri/English/Russian - Fluent

• Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas, excited to draw finding from figures
