Job Description

Creation of new VAS services in regards with business needs
End to End Management of VAS services and platforms
Platform Release (bug fixes and upgrades) Management
Incident and Complaint Management
Strategic Planning
Resource Management
Knowledge sharing
Creation of documentation
Service flow diagrams

Responsibilities :

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:
IT/Telecom service understanding
Experience with VAS platforms
Experience with SMPP, SIP protocols
Experience in support for real time systems and large scale solutions
Unix/Linux system administration skills
Scripting (shell, Python)
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL
Language Skills:
Azerbaijani – Proficiency level                             English/Russian – Upper-Intermediate level
Research skills - ability of research of additional information independently
Communication and Presentation Skills
will be considered as an advantage:
Education: Applied Math, Cybernetics, Computer Science or related field
Data Analysis and Visualization skills
Knowledge of Telecom industry frameworks and standards (e.g. eTOM, SID, TAM, 3GPP)
Knowledge of IT Service Management Frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
General knowledge of IP infrastructure
Experience with Telecom BSS Services
Familiarization with SS7 and GSM or UMTS networks
