Own full life cycle recruiting, engaging with applicants from screening phase to offer negotiation
Actively source qualified passive candidates using internet databases, social media, employee referrals, etc..
Conduct interview debriefs and drive hiring decisions

Builds and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
Actively creates and implement ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings

Elaboration of a plan of activities and activities aimed at maintaining and strengthening culture

2+ years of corporate recruiting experience
Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets.
Fluent in Azeri and Russian. English Intermediate
Advanced communication skills, high performance, analytical mind, high level of self-organization, ability to work in multitasking mode
