Job Profile Summary
Workover Services Operations Manager manages daily workover and intervention operations for the Clients. A successful candidate shall oversee the planning and execution of workover and intervention activities, rig repairs and maintenance, rig mobilization and demobilization process at the Company site as well as manage the work scope as per Client Work Orders including the Workover Crew and required tools and equipment.

Ensure all operations and site work comply with the Company’s HSE policies, local regulations and international best practices;
Review and plan individual workover operations requested by the Client;
Act as a focal point for all Workover Operations Services related communications with Clients and ensure full alignment;
Accountable for efficient Planning and Performance of the Workover Rigs, and their allocation, utilization in the projects;
Ensure Workover Rigs maintenance records are monitored, and any non-productive downtime is mitigated and planned accordingly;
Correct planning of Cost, Time and Resources for the Work orders raised by the Client;
Collaborate with the Procurement and Contracts Departments to assist them with technical, qualitative and quantitative specifications, technical enquiries and vendor audits and verifications;
Maximize cost efficiency and optimization of resources to fit for purpose;
Ensure the correct management of the workover operations by optimizing the assets and equipment and supervising the performance of subordinates;
Conform to government guidelines, local regulations and international best practices when managing site operations and following workover procedures;
Prepare and summarize monthly and annual performance and progress reports for the management team;
Prepare resource plan as per operational requirements and submit to General Manager for approval. 

Requirements :

Required experience and skills: 
Latest know-how in the field of workover activities and fishing operations;
Creativity and out of the box thinking;
Good leadership skills;
Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
Possess analytical skills;
Knowledge of well control practices during workover and intervention operations.
Qualifications:
At least 5+ years within Workover Services Operations in Oil & Gas Services Contractor Companies;
10+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience;
Onshore Field Experience is preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar relevant to the position.
