Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer - Data Management to join our team and play a key role in promoting and selling our data management solutions to potential customers. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams, product managers, and customers to provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to help drive sales and revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical expert on data management products and solutions.
Understand and analyze customer requirements and provide technical guidance and product recommendations to meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and prospects, highlighting the features and benefits of our data management solutions.
Develop and deliver proof of concepts (POCs) to help demonstrate the value of our products and solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Assist with RFP responses and other technical documentation as needed.
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data management.
Requirements :
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or related roles.
Strong technical expertise in Data Warehouse, data management and related technologies such as ETL, BI , and data security would be an advantage.
Experience with data management solutions, Oracle DB, Hadoop , PostgreSQL.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%).
